About the Role

Pragma Edge is looking for an AI Integration Specialist with deep expertise in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), IBM Watsonx, and AI Orchestration to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent solutions across our enterprise client portfolio. You will serve as the bridge between data science, engineering, and business stakeholders — translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into scalable, production-grade outcomes.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of enterprise systems and next-generation AI — building autonomous agents, orchestrating multi-model pipelines, and driving AI transformation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy Agentic AI systems — including multi-agent pipelines, tool-calling agents, and autonomous workflow automation using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases including summarization, classification, document Q&A, and code generation.

Architect and manage AI orchestration layers that coordinate LLMs, tools, memory, and external data sources in production environments.

Build and integrate solutions on IBM Watsonx platform — including Watsonx.ai (model studio), Watsonx.data, and Watsonx.governance for responsible AI.

Design prompt engineering strategies, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and vector-store integrations for enterprise knowledge systems.

Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRMS, logistics, healthcare) via REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.

Monitor LLM performance, hallucination rates, and orchestration health; implement observability, evaluation, and guardrail frameworks.

Document integration architectures, agent design patterns, orchestration flows, and technical runbooks.

Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and advise clients on LLM selection, Watsonx capabilities, and agentic design best practices.

Required Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or data engineering roles.

Hands-on experience building Agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.

Strong proficiency with LLM APIs — OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or open-source models (Llama, Mistral).

Practical experience with IBM Watsonx platform — Watsonx.ai model studio, Prompt Lab, and Watsonx.governance.

Expertise in AI orchestration patterns: tool use, function calling, memory management, and multi-agent coordination.

Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus).

Proficiency in Python; experience with REST API integrations and enterprise middleware.

Working knowledge of cloud platforms: IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform — including managed AI/ML services.

Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

Nice to Have

IBM Watsonx certifications or hands-on delivery experience with Watsonx.data or Watsonx.governance modules.

Experience in domains aligned with Pragma Edge’s portfolio: US healthcare, insurance, logistics, manufacturing, or retail.

Exposure to MLOps practices: model versioning, CI/CD for ML pipelines, monitoring with MLflow or W&B.

Familiarity with AI safety, responsible AI principles, and bias/hallucination mitigation techniques.

Prior consulting or client-delivery experience in a services or systems integration organization.
