Description We're looking for an
Application Systems Analyst to support enterprise applications, databases, and reporting tools. This role involves a mix of technical troubleshooting, SQL/database management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
What You'll Do- Support and maintain SQL Server databases (performance, stored procedures, backups, security).
- Develop and maintain reports using Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and related BI tools.
- Diagnose system issues and support end users across multiple business functions.
- Work with teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
What You Need- 2-5+ years of experience in application support, database administration, or systems analysis.
- Familiarity with Dynamics GP.
- Some SQL skills, including stored procedures and database maintenance.
- Experience with Power BI, SSRS, or Crystal Reports.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Nice to Have- Experience with SharePoint, scripting, or web technologies.
- Prior work with finance/operations systems or complex data environments.
- Experience in NISC systems

Addressing slow system performance
Resolving login issues
Handling frozen batches / batch resets
Walk-up troubleshooting for finance, analytics, and general system issues

Building and fixing reports
Maintaining and troubleshooting reports

Fast learner who can flex across multiple systems
