About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in building intuitive, scalable, and high-performing web applications. This individual will lead the design and development of modern user interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems while delivering exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and backend engineers—to translate business and user needs into elegant, functional solutions.
Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-centric web applications
· Build and optimize modern front-end architectures using React and Angular
· Collaborate with backend engineers for seamless API integration
· Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable code
· Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
· Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
· Troubleshoot UI/UX and performance issues
· Improve development standards and processes
Skills to be successful
· Agile/Scrum experience
· Expertise in Front-End Development and Responsive Design
· Experience with React and Angular
· Experience in Web and Software Development
· Understanding of back-end integration
· Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
· Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools
Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
· CI/CD and DevOps exposure
Preferred Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience
· Master’s degree in computer science or related field
· Green field application experience
· Accessibility standards knowledge (WCAG, Section 508)
