Description:
Title: Project Manager - Live Online Classroom (LOC) Platform
Location: Allston, MA (Hybrid - Onsite 3 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle: discovery, initiation, planning, budget management, execution, governance, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
• Work closely with the Principal Platform Engineer & Manager, HBS Live Online Classrooms to deliver a customized Zoom-based learning experience.
• Coordinate across internal IT teams, AV integrators, Zoom engineers, and software development partners for design, testing, and deployment.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, and estimates for multi-disciplinary initiatives.
• Ensure quality standards, track vendor deliverables, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams; resolve risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare detailed and ad-hoc project reports; maintain accurate documentation.
• Utilize project-related technology/tools for effective collaboration and management oversight.
• Engage steering committees and executives for decision-making, communication, and change management.
• Advise stakeholders on post-implementation operations and provide necessary training.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience managing large-scale technical implementation projects.
• Background working in higher education (preferred).
• Knowledge of enterprise collaboration platforms (Zoom).
• Experience coordinating across software development, AV integration, and vendor teams.
• Strong technical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite three days a week at the HBS Allston Campus.
