The foreman will serve as the primary point of contact between field teams and project managers, facilitating clear communication and efficient workflow. By leveraging expertise in asphalt materials and repair techniques, the foreman ensures that maintenance tasks such as patching, sealing, and resurfacing are completed effectively and on schedule. Ultimately, this role drives the successful execution of maintenance projects that extend the lifespan and functionality of asphalt surfaces across various construction sites in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of experience in asphalt maintenance or related construction work.Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within the construction or asphalt industry.Strong knowledge of asphalt materials, repair techniques, and equipment operation.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Certification in construction safety or OSHA training.Experience with machinery such as sealcoating & pavement marking equipment. Familiarity with project management software and scheduling tools.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Additional training or certification in asphalt technology or pavement management.

Responsibilities:

    Supervise and lead asphalt maintenance crews to perform tasks including patching, crack sealing, resurfacing, and pothole repair.Plan and schedule daily work assignments to optimize crew productivity and meet project deadlines.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.Inspect job sites regularly to monitor quality control and address any issues promptly.Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any operational challenges.Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment status.Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and promote best practices in asphalt maintenance.
