Product Owner to support both the Experience Engineering Platform (EEP) and Platform Analytics (PA) teams, working in close partnership with a seasoned Senior Product Owner. Together, they will jointly support the needs of both platform teams. These teams provide critical internal platforms that enable product and engineering teams to build, deploy, measure, and optimize digital experiences at scale. This role is ideal for a strong, delivery oriented Product Owner who can ramp up quickly, partner closely with engineering, and add immediate value by bringing clarity, prioritization, and execution discipline to complex platform and analytics domains.
What You?ll Be Working On
This role will work across two closely aligned platform teams:
Experience Engineering Platform (EEP)
EEP owns foundational tooling and delivery infrastructure that enables teams to build, test, and deploy software reliably and efficiently, including:
? DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
? Monorepo tooling and workflows
? Build, release, and quality?gating infrastructure
? Developer experience enablement and internal platform support
Platform Analytics (PA)
Platform Analytics provides shared analytics capabilities that help teams understand user behavior, measure outcomes, and run experiments, including:
? Standardized product and experience analytics instrumentation
? Analytics tooling enablement and adoption
? Experimentation and measurement foundations supporting A/B testing and learning
? Partnering with product teams to ensure analytics enable confident, data?informed decision?making
The Product Owner will help ensure work across both teams is clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered in support of shared platform outcomes.
Domain Knowledge (Helpful, Not Required)
Deep hands?on technical or analytics expertise is not required. However, familiarity with the following concepts and tools will help you ramp up more quickly:
EEP / Platform & DevOps Concepts
? DevOps / CI/CD concepts (pipelines, build automation, release flows)
? Monorepos and shared codebase management
? Tooling such as Nx, GitHub Actions, and Cloudsmith
? Internal platforms, enablement products, or developer experience tooling
Platform Analytics Concepts
? Product and digital analytics fundamentals
? Familiarity with tools such as Datadog and Adobe Analytics
? Understanding of A/B experimentation, measurement, and learning loops
Note: Domain depth is not the primary hiring criterion. We are looking for an excellent Product Owner who can quickly learn the space, ask the right questions, and help teams deliver value.

? Strong backlog ownership skills: writing clear features and user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing work
? Ability to partner effectively with engineering managers and engineering leads in platform and analytics contexts
? Comfort operating in ambiguity and learning complex domains quickly
? Excellent communication skills?able to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders
? Experience with internal platforms, DevEx, analytics, or enablement products is a plus
