  • Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing safety policies, supporting inspections, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices.

  • Oversee quality control processes and ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes.

  • Maintain strong communication between field operations, project leadership, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, field execution challenges, and opportunities to improve project outcomes.

  • Manage multiple large or complex projects simultaneously while maintaining accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance.

  • Perform other duties as needed to support project and business operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent construction leadership experience will also be considered.

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing large-scale ground-up commercial, industrial, civil, or mission-critical construction projects.

  • Experience supporting projects valued at $50M+.

  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, manpower planning, cost control, and resource coordination.

  • Ability to lead field teams, hold teams accountable, and drive results across multiple project priorities.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred.

  • Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools preferred.

Why This Opportunity

This is a strong opportunity for a senior construction leader who enjoys managing complex work, mentoring field teams, and driving successful project delivery. The role offers a competitive guaranteed salary plus additional hourly pay for hours worked over 40, giving candidates strong earning potential while supporting high-impact construction projects.
