What you will do:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive AI roadmap, including foundational systems, quick wins, and major long-term initiatives
- Drive high adoption of AI tools through structured training, communication, and change management
- Implement AI solutions that create measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization
- Partner with Business Intelligence to build AI/analytics capabilities that improve decision-making across the organization
- Use AI to enhance customer experience, personalization, and identify new market opportunities
- Ensure all AI platforms and solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards
- Build a dedicated AI team and lead a company-wide network to identify opportunities and maximize AI impact
- Drive organization-wide AI initiatives that directly support EBITDA growth
What you will need to be successful:
- Visionary Leadership Ability to define and communicate long-term AI strategy
- Program & Portfolio Management Experience leading multiple AI initiatives with measurable ROI
- AI / Machine Learning Expertise Hands-on understanding of model development, training, deployment, and lifecycle management
- Data Strategy & Governance Strong understanding of AI best practices, data governance, compliance, and ethical frameworks
