Role Overview

IBM is seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Cloud Consultant to implement, configure, integrate, and support Oracle Financial Cloud applications. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to understand financial processes and deliver Oracle Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Cloud / Oracle Fusion Financials

Experience with core Oracle Finance modules:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Cash Management

Subledger Accounting (SLA)

Oracle Tax

Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting

Experience with Oracle Financial Cloud implementation and support

Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions

Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills

Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams

Strong communication and consulting skills

Preferred / Niche Skills

Accounting Hub

Lease Accounting

Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)

Oracle Cloud integrations

Experience with complex financial processes and enterprise implementations

Key Responsibilities

Implement and support Oracle Financial Cloud applications.

Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate Oracle solutions.

Configure Oracle Finance modules based on client requirements.

Support integrations between Oracle Financials and other enterprise applications.

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis.

Work with business users during testing, deployment, and production support.

Prepare functional documentation and solution designs.

Provide consulting guidance and best practices for Oracle Finance implementations.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a strong Oracle Fusion Financials functional consultant with hands-on experience across multiple finance modules, particularly GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA, and Tax. Experience with Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, or Revenue Management Cloud would be a significant advantage.
