Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with MSP clients and SOW programs.
• Drive new client acquisition and business growth through targeted sales strategies.
• Lead the charge in building strategic partnerships to expand the company's client base.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of client projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:Required Skills:

• Minimum 4-10 years of experience in US Staffing Sales, with a focus on MSP and SOW.
• Strong network and relationships with MSP clients and SOW programs.
• Proven track record of success in new client acquisition and business growth.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
