Description
Our client is looking to hire a IT Technician to provide Tier 1 through 3 technical support for end-user incidents and service requests. In this role. the IT Technician will be troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite, Active Directory, Printing infrastructure, company applications, and basic network connectivity.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for M365 configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new M365 features and enhancements.
Administer and manage core Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
Manage user identities, licenses, and security groups using Azure Active Directory (now Microsoft Entra ID).
Configure and troubleshoot mail flow, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and security/compliance policies within Exchange Online.
Manage and secure SharePoint sites and Teams environments, controlling access and permissions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or systems administrator role with significant exposure to Microsoft technologies.
M365 Expertise: Proven experience administering and troubleshooting Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
Identity Management: Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory/Entra ID for user, group, and license management.
Operating Systems: Proficient in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
