Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Camunda BPM Technical Lead with strong expertise in Camunda 8, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing business process automation solutions using the Camunda BPM platform.
This role requires a strong technical leader capable of managing Camunda infrastructure, developing BPM solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and mentoring development teams while working closely with stakeholders and architects.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Camunda BPM Platform (Camunda 8)
- Strong programming experience in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices
- Experience designing and implementing BPMN, DMN, and workflow automation solutions
- Experience integrating Camunda with enterprise applications, databases, and messaging systems
- Experience managing Camunda infrastructure, configuration, and performance monitoring
- Experience implementing scalable and high-performance Camunda environments
- Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Camunda-based workflow and process automation solutions
- Install, configure, and manage Camunda BPM platform environments
- Develop and deploy Camunda processes, services, forms, and decision tables
- Implement workflow automation using BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards
- Integrate Camunda with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud services
- Monitor and optimize Camunda performance and system health
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and scalability strategies
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with AWS cloud services
- Experience implementing CI/CD and DevOps pipelines
- Camunda BPM certification
Experience
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of Camunda BPM platform experience
- Strong experience with Camunda 8 implementations
Education
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
