Position Qualifications: Senior Software Developer, 7+ years of experience

Senior developer; leads any release work, oversees O&M activities, conducts release testing, and acts as liaison, Project Lead to the government PM.
Development Leads are in charge of the logistics of their team, to include hiring and firing, training and promoting to enforcing deadlines and overseeing a budget.
Development Leads manage requirements for new and evolving system releases.
Requirements management requires coordination with Project Lead and government PM.
