JOB DESCRIPTION : | We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect to drive Financial Services Cloud and CX Cloud solutions in a complex enterprise environment. This is a player-coach role: you will design architecture, lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and actively build in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You'll be the best fit if you’re a strong architect that is still coding day-to-day. - Analyze complex business requirements and design scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions
- Lead solution design, provide architectural guidance, and ensure best practices are followed
- Develop, customize, and deploy Salesforce applications and components using modern Salesforce technologies
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware platforms
- Review code, mentor development teams, and drive technical excellence
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure reliability, performance, and quality of Salesforce solutions
- Manage deployments across environments and support release management activities
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation for solutions, configurations, and development standards
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for Salesforce applications
Required Skills: - 8 plus years of experience in Salesforce development and Architecture roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Cloud and CX Cloud.
- Recent and extensive experience developing Lightning Web Components LWC.
- Proven experience designing and implementing integrations using middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Apigee.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and core platform features.
- Experience with Salesforce customization including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
Desired Skills: - Experience integrating Salesforce with communication platforms such as Genesys, Five9, Twilio, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with CI CD pipelines and deployment tools such as Copado.
- Strong understanding of API based integrations and enterprise integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and code review capabilities.
