Description: Our client is currently seeking a Associate Customer Support Engineer
Below is a summary of the position:
Job Title : Associate Customer Support/Equipment Specialist (Entry Level) Location : Aurora, CO Worksite : Onsite Duration : 6+ Months Job Description: This includes troubleshooting minor issues, performing post-maintenance testing and calibration, and ensuring best-in-class customer service. You will represent client at customer sites, driving responsiveness, professionalism, and technical excellence.
Responsibilities - Perform scheduled preventive maintenance at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment issues.
- Conduct post-maintenance testing and calibration.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, dispatches, and inventory.
- Manage company assets including tools, test equipment, and service parts inventory.
- Educate customers on training, support, consumables, and upgrades.
- Upload/download required data to ensure service system integrity.
- Pursue certifications and training to enhance technical skills.
- Complete administrative tasks (time reporting, LMS trainings, etc.).
- Travel as required; valid driver's license is mandatory.
Basic Qualifications - Associate degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, IT, or related discipline (including military experience).
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or facilities maintenance.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
- Exposure to analytical equipment and/or lab environments.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work safely with potential electrical, chemical, radiologic, and biologic hazards.
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Must-Haves - Technical background.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable.
- Fast learner.
