Job Title: Change Management Consultant NetSuite Financial Transformation & Integration Location: New York, NY (Onsite/Hybrid)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Change Management, ERP implementation, or Business Transformation projects.
Hands-on experience supporting NetSuite ERP implementations or enhancements.
Strong understanding of Financial Transformation initiatives, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Experience with NetSuite integration projects involving middleware or integration platforms.
Expertise in stakeholder management, organizational readiness, communications, and training.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
