Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Cybersecurity/IAM Governance Specialist, where you''ll play a pivotal role in enhancing identity governance and administration. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative security solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead for configuring access certification and review programs, ensuring alignment with governance policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Define integration requirements for various certification approaches and oversee the architecture of user and entitlement certifications.
  • Collaborate with business and application teams to ensure compliance with governance standards and source system capabilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration details and operational reports, to support audit processes.
  • Continuously assess industry best practices to enhance certification effectiveness and recommend improvements to leadership.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) or Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in user, entitlement, and role certifications, with a strong understanding of access management principles.
  • Ability to analyze data quality issues impacting certification accuracy and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including auditors and compliance teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience designing and implementing certification programs in complex or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools used alongside SailPoint ISc, such as PowerShell or REST APIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish processes based on evolving security requirements and enhance governance frameworks.
