Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to lead business validation initiatives across enterprise data products and operational programs. This role is responsible for ensuring delivered solutions align with business objectives, process expectations, and data accuracy standards through comprehensive validation strategies, end-to-end testing, and data-driven analysis.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in operational analysis, business process improvement, data validation, and stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions across complex environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
6 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, operational analysis, business validation, or business process improvement
Proven experience leading validation strategies, UAT coordination, and end-to-end business testing initiatives
Strong understanding of business process flows, enterprise system integrations, and data validation concepts
Experience working with market intelligence, business modeling, and analytics-driven decision support
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong project ownership capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, analytics products, or data modernization initiatives
Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel analytics
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams
Knowledge of database management, data governance, and data quality best practices
