Position: Front Desk HR Admin
Location: Irving, TX

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, manage high-volume calls, screen incoming calls, and maintain a tidy, secure, and professional reception area.
HR Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and handling initial candidate communication.
Onboarding/Employee Support: Coordinate new hire orientations, prepare onboarding materials, and provide first-level support for employee HR inquiries.
Administrative Duties: Maintain employee databases, manage mail and courier services, keep inventory of office supplies, and process correspondence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or HR support role is preferred.
Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR systems (HRIS).
Communication & Organization: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong multitasking abilities.
Professionalism: A welcoming personality with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
This position acts as the face of the company while ensuring HR functions run smoothly.
