Position: Hyperspace Deployment Administrator

Location: Remote, Ohio

Duration: Long Term

Role summary:

Installs, configures, deploys, monitors, and maintains Epic Hyperspace client applications as part of client systems administration. This role is needed to provide consistent, reliable, and supportable end-user access.

Primary focus:

Package and deploy Epic Hyperspace/Hyperdrive clients; keep client and server versions aligned; troubleshoot launch, printing, and performance issues; and validate deployments during Epic upgrade cycles.

Priority candidate profile:

Hands-on Epic Hyperspace/Hyperdrive deployment experience, Citrix or VDI expertise, Windows client packaging, SCCM or Intune, and strong release/change-management skills. Epic HDA certification or the ability to obtain it is preferred.

Why this role is urgent:

Without dedicated ownership, client versions may drift from the server, upgrades may miss Epic timelines, and manual deployments may increase outage risk.
