Job Description:
>> Design, develop, and maintain Python-based GenAI systems and architecture
>> Architect and design the multi-agentic AI projects and Framework on Lang Graph to enable dynamic, goal-oriented agent orchestration
>> Define and lead the technical roadmap for the GenAI ecosystem, ensuring scalability, modularity, and performance
>> Collaborate with the Customer Program Manager to translate business goals into AI-driven capabilities
>> Lead and mentor the Python GenAI developers, ensuring high-quality design and coding practices
>> Develop reference architectures, reusable templates, and framework standards for agent design
>> Stay hands-on in developing core components and integrating APIs and external data sources
>> Define best practices for prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and model lifecycle management
>> Review and optimize cloud deployments for cost, performance, and reliability
>> Partner with DevOps teams to ensure robust CICD integration and monitoring of GenAI services
>> Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight during all phases from design through deployment
Requirements:
>> Strong proficiency in Python with 8 years of hands-on experience
>> Proven expertise in architecting and delivering GenAI solutions using LLMs and multi-agent systems
>> Deep hands-on experience in Python and Lang Graph Lang Chain
>> Strong understanding of Agentic AI frameworks, including agent orchestration, goal decomposition, and contextual memory management
>> Experienced in handling Agent Observability protocols and evaluations
>> Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on Azure Cloud (Azure OpenAI, Azure Vault, Azure PAS services, AKS, App Insights, etc.)
>> Up to date on latest Agentic concepts and protocols like MCP and A2A
>> Strong understanding of system design principles, microservices, API architecture, and secure data flow
>> Experience in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for production-grade AI workloads
>> Good understanding of CICD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and DevOps workflows
