Deskside Support Technician Rochester MN

Job Description:

We are looking for a Deskside Support Technician to provide onsite end-user support for hardware, software, and IT equipment. The role involves break/fix support, IMACD activities, ticket management, and coordination with IT teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues (Break/Fix)
Create, update, and manage incident tickets using ITSM tools
Perform IMACD activities and asset refresh/disposal
Support conference rooms, SmartHub devices, and IT events
Conduct PC health checks and basic network readiness checks
Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs and escalations
Assist users with onboarding/offboarding and equipment setup
