Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Business Systems Analyst / Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC, SAP SD, sales order management, and integration with Salesforce (SFDC), SAP Hybris, or web-based order management systems.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing upstream OTC processes, including customer order intake, sales order creation, order processing, and integration between SAP ECC and external applications.
This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills, business analysis capabilities, and the ability to independently understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with business stakeholders and customers to understand business processes and gather requirements.
Lead requirements discussions, customer workshops, and functional solution walkthroughs.
Analyze upstream Order-to-Cash processes, including customer order intake and sales order processing.
Support SAP ECC integration with Salesforce (SFDC), SAP Hybris, and web-based order management platforms.
Work on BAPI-based sales order creation, updates, and related integrations.
Analyze and troubleshoot sales order processing issues, EDI interfaces, and IDoc errors.
Investigate interface failures by reviewing SAP system data, configuration, transaction flows, and error messages.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP configurations, enhancements, and interfaces.
Collaborate with Salesforce, integration, development, and business teams to resolve functional and technical issues.
