We are hiring a Senior Java Developer to join our backend engineering group, supporting critical Order Management Systems (OMS) for high-scale enterprise applications. In this role, you will design and implement resilient microservices, integrate core enterprise platforms, and leverage cutting-edge AI coding tools to accelerate delivery.

responsibilities:
- Build and maintain scalable backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design APIs to support order orchestration, fulfillment, returns, and third-party billing/inventory systems.
- Collaborate with agile teams, including Product and QA, to drive high-quality software releases.
- Utilize GenAI tools to enhance code quality, automated testing, and technical documentation.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of hands-on experience building backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
2+ years of specialized experience in Order Management Systems (OMS) processes and architecture.
Proven ability to work on-site in West Chester, PA.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development platforms.
Background in Communications, Media, or Technology industries.
