About the Role
We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Administrative Assistant to support product onboarding, data accuracy, workflow management, and cross-functional coordination.
In this role, you will work closely with Merchandising, Planning, Inventory, IT, and Vendor partners to ensure timely and accurate item setup, system integrity, and operational readiness across product launches and lifecycle events.

Product & Data Support
  • Manage item creation and maintenance throughout the product lifecycle
  • Validate product information for accuracy and completeness in internal systems
  • Assist in merchant setup sheets and database entry
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve data discrepancies
  • Support item transitions, price updates, assortment changes, and vendor changes
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot system issues
Operational Execution
  • Execute batch processes, reporting, and file uploads
  • Review daily/weekly reporting to ensure data and system accuracy
  • Maintain documentation and support SOP improvement initiatives
Administrative & Team Support
  • Assist with scheduling, communication, and documentation
  • Maintain organized workflows, timelines, and updates
  • Provide high-quality service and support to cross-functional business partners
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Intermediate Excel and system proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in product data, merchandising, or inventory support
  • Retail or product lifecycle experience a plus
  • Familiarity with item setup and product systems helpful
Location
  • Hybrid or onsite in Bolingbrook (based on business needs)
