| Job Description (Posting). | Pega Technical Lead Job Summary The Technical Lead for Pega will be responsible for leading technical teams in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Pega applications. The role involves providing technical expertise, guidance, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the Pega platform. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and mentor technical teams in pega application development and customization 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within pega 3. Design, develop, and implement pega applications using best practices and standards 4. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines 5. Provide technical guidance on pega architecture, design patterns, and integrations 6. Stay updated on pega platform upgrades and new features to leverage them effectively in projects Skill Requirements 1. Proficiency in pega development, including pega rule process commander (prpc) and pegarules process commander (prpc) 2. Strong knowledge of pega application development, configuration, and customization 3. Experience in designing and implementing pega solutions based on business requirements 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment 5. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders 6. Pega certification(s) such as certified pega business architect (cpba) or certified system architect (csa) would be a plus Certification: Pega Certification(s) such as Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) or Certified System Architect (CSA) preferred |
