Job Title: NeoLoad Performance Test Engineer
Location: Remote

Job Summary
We are seeking a NeoLoad Performance Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience in performance testing, load testing, and performance engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with NeoLoad, performance monitoring tools, scripting, test planning, execution, analysis, and performance tuning for web, API, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using NeoLoad.
Create and maintain reusable test scripts for web and API applications.
Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks.
Monitor application, server, and database performance during test execution.
Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
Prepare detailed performance test reports with findings and recommendations.
Integrate NeoLoad tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Support performance tuning and optimization efforts.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad.
Experience with HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, SOAP, Web Services.
Knowledge of JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus.
Strong understanding of performance metrics (response time, throughput, TPS, CPU, memory, disk, network).
Experience with SQL databases and basic query writing.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
