Role: Electronic Trading Support
Location: NYC, NY (Onsite Hybrid) - Preferred local candidates
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description:
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex electronic trading environment.
- Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Establish high level of quality for production systems.
- Ability to see the issue through to resolution even if final fix doesn’t lie with support team.
Candidate Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with ION Trading system and latest versions.
- Exposure to dealing with Traders and support the system.
- Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working with Rates, Credit & SSA desks using ION MarketView or any other inhouse applications Knowledge of PXE, Refdata, D2D, D2C and Axes&Runz is desirable.
