Position Overview

The Terminal Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the Rochester terminal, ensuring the safe handling, storage, packaging, and distribution of cement products while supporting a small team.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Lead daily terminal operations, including bulk material handling, inventory control, bagging, packaging, and truck loading activities.
• Supervise, coach, and engage employees while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Coordinate incoming material deliveries, monitor silo inventories, and maintain operational records.
• Partner with customers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability and timely service.
• Support equipment reliability through inspections, basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and site upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
