Business Analyst/Project Manager with Asset Management Exp- full time-Hybrid

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in Financial Services, particularly within Private Equity or Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and delivering data-driven solutions to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Support reporting, system integrations, and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Create and maintain business process documentation and workflows.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Assist in testing, validation, and implementation of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in Financial Services domain (Private Equity / Asset Management preferred).
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with data-driven initiatives (reporting, integrations, workflows).
• Good understanding of business processes and system analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
