Our client, a Travel industry Giant is looking to hire a
Senior Enterprise Account Manager across USA
Pay Rate Range: $69/hr to $79/hr W2 depending on experience
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic partnership plans for a portfolio of enterprise hotel groups and third-party inventory partners.
- Establish HotelTonight as a preferred demand channel by creating mutually beneficial business strategies that drive value for both partners and Airbnb.
- Manage the stability, reliability, and growth of API integrations between HotelTonight and external inventory providers.
- Design and implement supply optimization initiatives to improve hotel selection, pricing, and availability across the platform.
- Build and maintain joint business plans with partners, including objectives, KPIs, and long-term growth strategies.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to maximize revenue and inventory availability.
- Monitor partner performance against commercial agreements and service-level expectations.
- Conduct executive business reviews and present insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Market Management teams to drive enhancements that improve partner and business outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on hotel connectivity, distribution, and enterprise partnerships.
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in hotel connectivity, hospitality technology, hotel distribution, OTA partnerships, or related travel technology environments.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level partnerships with hotel groups, hospitality technology providers, or third-party inventory partners.
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution ecosystems, including APIs, channel managers, CRS, PMS, and connectivity platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance while managing complex technical partnerships.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to influence product roadmaps and business outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and drive strategic decisions.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing executive-level relationships.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in both strategic and operational capacities.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Preferred Background Candidates with experience from online travel agencies (OTAs), hospitality technology companies, hotel connectivity providers, hotel distribution platforms, or major hotel brands are highly encouraged to apply.Travel Requirements- Ability to travel approximately 25% as needed for partner meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
- Travel may include visits to Airbnb offices and partner locations.
