Desktop Support MAC - 66897

We are looking for a Desktop Support professional with strong Mac hardware/software experience. The role involves Level 2 support, device imaging, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Location: NYC, NY (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $25-27/hour

Requirements:

3+ years of desktop support experience
Strong Mac OS support (hardware & software)
Working knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Jamf (plus)
Experience with ServiceNow and ticketing systems
Strong troubleshooting and customer interaction skills
Ability to work independently and in a team

Key Responsibilities:

Image and support Windows & Mac devices
Provide Level 2 onsite and remote support
Hardware/software installations & troubleshooting
Asset management and inventory tracking
Endpoint encryption support (McAfee)
IMAC activities and device refreshes
