StaffRight Associates is currently recruiting for an esteemed industry pioneer to secure an analytical professional for a crucial Data Associate position located in New York City. This role offers an exceptional entry-level pathway to collaborate closely with an advanced machine learning division, contributing directly to sophisticated scientific dataset organization and processing intended to accelerate breakthrough drug discovery and development initiatives. The selected individual will operate within a hybrid arrangement.

What You'll Do

Facilitate machine learning operations by curating, structuring, and maintaining comprehensive scientific datasets.
Synthesize multi-source information into cohesive frameworks to support pharmaceutical design workflows.
Organize detailed metadata structures to maximize data discoverability and preserve thorough data provenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline information processing pipelines for molecular research.

What You Bring

Advanced degree within a STEM discipline.
Practical proficiency working inside a Linux environment.
Working knowledge of Python and SQL.
Demonstrated background managing large-scale datasets and harmonizing data streams from varied origins.

Compensation & Total Rewards

Expected annual base salary ranging from $170,000 to $210,000, determined by prior experience and educational background.
Variable compensation structure featuring sign-on and year-end bonuses.
