This role will be part of the IT team responsible for maintaining and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications, with a primary focus on Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The role will serve as a strategic liaison between business users, the implementation vendor, Oracle, and technical teams. Responsibilities include configuring systems, designing solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure effective and streamlined use of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM suite.
The position will also be responsible for evaluating quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM releases, assessing business and technical impacts, and coordinating required testing and validation activities with business stakeholders.
We are seeking a candidate with an in-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, particularly Payroll, Benefits, and OTL, along with experience in ERP implementations and long-term application support. The ideal candidate is a reliable and collaborative team player who is enthusiastic, committed, creative, and customer focused.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 10+ years of overall ERP implementation and/or administration experience.
- 5 7+ years of Human Capital Management (HCM) experience with a strong focus on Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- 5+ years of experience serving as an HCM Functional Lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically supporting Payroll, Benefits, and OTL modules.
