Job Description:
Seeking an experienced HCM Data Functional Analyst to support a migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The role focuses on ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout the migration process, collaborating closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage data migration activities within the Oracle HCM domain.
Ensure data integrity, validation, cleansing, and standardization.
Align data requirements with HR processes and organizational goals.
Identify discrepancies and support resolution with stakeholders.
Provide functional guidance to technical teams during testing and deployment.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EBS HCM data models.
Experience with enterprise/workforce structures, payroll, benefits, and talent management data.
Proven background in data migration, governance, and quality assurance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle certifications preferred.
