Are you passionate about building intelligent, scalable solutions at the cutting edge of data automation and Generative AI?
We’re looking for a GenAI Data Automation Engineer to help design and deliver AI-powered data pipelines and automation tools in a modern AWS/Azure hybrid cloud environment. You’ll contribute to projects that impact real-world decision-making, reporting, and analytics for mission-critical platforms.
If you thrive on solving complex data challenges with smart automation—and want to work with emerging GenAI technologies—this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Architect and build automated data pipelines using AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, DynamoDB, RDS/SQL Server).
-
Design ETL/ELT workflows across hybrid cloud (AWS & Azure SQL), integrating data from sources like DynamoDB, AWS Connect, and CRM platforms.
-
Develop real-time and batch ingestion pipelines using tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, and Flume into Solr/OpenSearch.
-
Integrate Generative AI frameworks (AWS Bedrock, Amazon Q, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face) to:
-
Automate vector generation, embeddings, and unstructured data transformations.
-
Enhance ETL with LLM-based logic for anomaly detection and NLP-powered transformations.
-
Build natural language query interfaces and copilots for pipeline monitoring.
-
Tune and optimize SQL Server performance: stored procedures, indexing, query plans.
-
Apply DevOps best practices with GitHub, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps for pipelines and model deployments.
-
Implement secure cloud solutions: IAM, RBAC, VPC isolation, KMS encryption, and firewall policies.
-
Work in Agile sprints to deliver high-impact automation and GenAI features.
What You Bring to the Table:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
-
2+ years of experience in data engineering and automation.
-
Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLM tools, ideally in production.
-
Skills in Python, SQL, Spark, PowerShell, Bash, and cloud CLIs (AWS/Azure).
-
Strong experience with AWS services: S3, RDS, Glue, Lambda, EMR, DynamoDB.
-
Knowledge of tools like Kafka, Flume, Solr, and real-time data ingestion strategies.
-
Comfortable integrating APIs and working with enterprise data platforms.
-
Familiar with CI/CD and Agile tooling: GitHub, JIRA, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
-
Strong problem-solving skills in SQL tuning, pipeline performance, or AI model ops.
-
Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
-
Work at the intersection of AI and cloud data engineering.
-
Help modernize data workflows for critical analytics and decision support.
-
Be part of a forward-thinking team driving enterprise transformation.
-
Enjoy flexibility with remote work, plus quarterly in-person collaboration.
