  • Analyze manufacturing systems and processes to drive data-based decision making.
  • Utilize cross-functional resources for improvement efforts.
  • Use of 1+ software environments for data analytics such as performance stability, confidence interval determination, outcome prediction, sample size determination.
  • Gather data manually or via implementation of a measuring system such as time studies, data mining from systems, or through SAP.
  • Use lean principles such as waste identification and elimination, theory of constraints, and 1-piece flow to evaluate opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop assigned projects by including measurement system needs, resource requirements, and expected outcomes.
  • Implement business strategic initiatives in a sustainable manner by working with cross functional teams and communicating with key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate physical workstations and layouts for ergonomic improvements, waste, repeatability, visual management, and operator satisfaction.
  • Recommend material storage and presentation methods to the assembly line.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, Industrial Engineering preferred
  • Years of Experience: 0+ years of experience required, previous internship or project management experience preferred
  • Software Knowledge: Statistical analysis tools (Excel, MiniTab, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite
  • CAD (NX or SolidWorks)/SAP/MES, Team Center, and Power BI experience preferred
