Power BI Engineer - Reporting & Visualization Lead, Hybrid
We have an immediate need for a Power BI Engineer / Reporting & Visualization Lead / Analytics Product Analyst with business analysis and requirements-gathering experience and strong expertise in Power BI, dashboard design, KPI development, data storytelling, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate should bridge business stakeholders, TPMs, Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Architects, with strong knowledge of dimensional modeling, data warehouses, semantic models, stakeholder workshops, functional requirements, user stories, and analytics solution design.
This is a hybrid position based in Minneapolis, MN, for a candidate with strong experience in business requirements gathering, stakeholder discovery workshops, analytics solution design, functional requirements, user stories, report scope management, and prioritization.
