SummaryWe are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Adobe Workfront administration and configuration experience to support marketing operations. This role combines requirements gathering, workflow documentation, Workfront configuration, testing, and user enablement. Experience in marketing or creative operations is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for marketing and campaign workflows.
- Map current- and future-state processes to support scalable operational models.
- Configure Workfront components, including forms, templates, routing rules, dashboards, and user permissions.
- Provide day-to-day Workfront administration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creative, Legal, IT, Operations) to design and refine workflows.
- Participate in full build cycles: solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Deliver end-user training and create documentation and training materials.
- (Preferred) Support Workfront Fusion activities or assist with integration troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience (requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation).
- 3+ years of Adobe Workfront administration and configuration experience.
- Experience supporting marketing or creative operations workflows.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, finance).
- Familiarity with Workfront Fusion.
- Experience with workflow automation or orchestration tools.
- Exposure to AEM Assets, the Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar platforms.
