Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong Banking domain experience, preferably in Commercial Banking, to manage medium-to-large-scale technology programs.

Mandatory Skills:

8–10 years of experience in Program Management / Technical Program Management (TPM).
Strong experience managing medium-to-large-scale programs in the Banking domain.
Commercial Banking experience.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Project milestone, timeline, and deliverable tracking.
Risk and issue management.
Experience with Agile and Hybrid SDLC delivery models.
Strong coordination and program execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end technology programs.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Drive successful program delivery using Agile / Hybrid SDLC methodologies.
