Senior Lab Instrument Support Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Lab Instrument Support Engineer (Equipment Validation Engineer) to support GxP-regulated analytical laboratories across NJ and PA. This is a hands-on, onsite role for a professional who thrives in GMP environments, enjoys working with complex lab instruments, and can lead support activities across multiple sites.
Responsibilities:

• Provide administration and technical support for GMP lab systems and instruments.
• Support and troubleshoot instruments such as HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR, NMR, XRD, Polarimeter, and more.
• Manage lab system requests through a ticketing system.
• Coordinate system changes with QA, equipment owners, and stakeholders.
• Lead and support onsite/offshore teams, including task assignment and training.
• Execute and manage periodic lab system reviews and associated GMP documentation.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
• Support multiple sites with strong planning and demand
• management.
• Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in a GxP / analytical lab environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP instruments and lab systems.
• Experience reviewing and managing GMP deliverables.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated, multi-site environment.
