Job Summary
Value Technology is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Copado and Salesforce DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and ensuring efficient release management across Salesforce environments. This role involves collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline the software development lifecycle and improve deployment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Salesforce DevOps processes using Copado.
- Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
- Manage Salesforce environments, version control, and deployment strategies.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes for Salesforce applications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth code integration and release management.
- Perform branching strategies, merge management, and version control using Git.
- Monitor deployment pipelines and troubleshoot build and release issues.
- Implement best practices for DevOps, release management, and environment governance.
- Collaborate with QA teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain documentation for deployment processes and DevOps workflows.
- Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness for Salesforce deployments.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Copado DevOps platform.
- Experience with Salesforce development lifecycle and release management.
- Strong experience with Git version control and branching strategies.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Copado DevOps Certification or Salesforce certifications.
- Experience working with large-scale Salesforce deployments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
