Title : iCert Specialist

Location : Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA or New Jersey. 5x onsite weekly

Duration : 18-month contract

About the Position / Current Initiatives: AT&T has signed a deal with Icertis to build their contract management platform inside AT&T's firewall (not as traditional SaaS). The role involves ensuring platform design aligns with AT&T policies, creating contract templates, setting up automated workflows, and managing the Icertis platform implementation.

What the Right Professional Will Enjoy:

Implement, configure, and customize the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform to meet complex business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions.
Develop and maintain Icertis workflows, extensions, scripts, and integrations with third-party systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Design, implement, and manage Icertis APIs to enable seamless system integrations and data exchange across enterprise platforms.
Create and configure Icertis attributes, clauses, and metadata to support contract templates, reporting, and automated workflows.
Build reports, dashboards, and analytics using Icertis' reporting and BI tools to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Provide technical guidance on best practices for ICM configuration, data modeling, and system performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including workflow errors, integration challenges, API connectivity, and system performance concerns.
Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to design decisions ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities while ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

Apply today if your background includes:

5+ years of experience as an Icertis Technical Consultant, Salesforce/Icertis integrations, or related CLM platforms.
Strong hands-on expertise in ICM configuration, workflows, attribute creation, contract templates, advanced rules, and scripting.
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining API integrations between Icertis and ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems via REST APIs, web services, or ETL processes.
Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Icertis native reporting capabilities.
Knowledge of ICM data models, advanced configuration, and security/permission management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, and documentation best practices.
Highly Preferred: Icertis certification(s), experience with large-scale enterprise deployments, or hands-on knowledge of ICM extensions, custom connectors, and cloud deployment patterns.

Mandatory Skills:

Icertis platform certification (covers functional, technical, and architecture components)
Strong interpersonal and people skills and communicate effectively
Hands-on technical experience with attribute creation, API integration, workflow automation and creation
Experience working in large enterprise environments at scale (similar to AT&T)
Located in or willing to relocate to Dallas, Atlanta, or New Jersey for five-day-per-week on-site work (potentially open to remote)

Nice to Have:

Leadership experience to help upskill other team members and bring additional value beyond hands-on technical work
Familiarity with enterprise architecture and high-level design patterns
Experience working with India-based teams or availability to work during India Development Centre (IDC) time zones
Background from Icertis service partners or consulting firms, as these individuals may transition more easily to AT&T's environment
