Summary

We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS services, Databricks, PySpark, Python, Redshift, Kafka, and ETL processes.

Roles, Responsibilities & Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS.
Build and optimize data processing solutions using Python, PySpark, and Databricks.
Develop and support cloud-native data architectures utilizing AWS services.
Work with Amazon Redshift for data warehousing and analytics solutions.
Implement batch and real-time data ingestion using Apache Kafka.
Design and maintain data models, data lakes, and enterprise data warehouses.
Ensure data quality, security, governance, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and development teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Utilize Git for version control and CI/CD processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support production deployments.
Strong understanding of cloud computing, distributed systems, and modern data engineering practices.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
