Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Fusion Functional Consultant with 10+ years of implementation experience across Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, Costing, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions, with a strong emphasis on Work Structures, Work Definitions, Costing methodologies, and integrating third-party WMS solutions with Oracle Cloud ERP.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oracle Cloud Manufacturing & Costing
 * Lead end-to-end implementation life cycles (requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support) for Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Cost Manager/Costing modules.
 * Design and configure core manufacturing setup elements, including Work Centers, Resources, Standard Operations, Work Structures, and Work Definitions.
 * Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Costing, including standard costing, periodic average costing, cost elements, cost components, and overhead allocation rules.
 * Configure manufacturing order execution, discrete/process manufacturing processes, work order management, and material availability checks.
2. WMS & Third-Party System Integration
 * Design and manage end-to-end integration flows between Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM and 3rd-Party WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, HighJump, or custom WMS solutions).
 * Define inbound and outbound interface specifications for key supply chain transactions, including Inbound Receipt, Putaway, Pick/Pack/Ship, Physical/Cycle Counts, Inventory Adjustments, and Work Order Issue/Completion.
 * Collaborate closely with technical, integration (OIC/REST/SOAP/FBDI), and middleware teams to map data flows and validate payload definitions.
3. Functional Leadership & Delivery
 * Conduct business process discovery sessions, solution walkthroughs, and executive workshops.
 * Draft detailed functional design documents (FDD), functional specifications (RICEFW), business requirements mapping (BR100/BR30/DS050), and user training guides.
 * Perform system testing, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support data migration/conversion efforts (FBDI/HDL), and drive cutover activities.
 * Provide post-go-live hypercare support and continuous process optimization.
Required Qualifications & Experience
 * Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, with a proven track record of multiple full-lifecycle implementations in Oracle Cloud SCM (Manufacturing, Costing, WMS/Inventory).
 * Core Expertise:
   * Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing (Work Structures, Work Definitions, Operations, Work Orders).
   * Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Cost Management / Costing (Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, Standard/Actual Costing, Overhead Allocation).
   * Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud Inventory Management and Oracle Cloud WMS (or external WMS integrations).
 * Integration Experience: Hands-on experience architecting and troubleshooting functional integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM and 3rd-party WMS/Logistics platforms via OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI.
 * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and functional solutions to business stakeholders.
