Summary

JD:
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes within distribution and supply chain environments. The ideal candidate will support and enhance end-to-end OTC processes including order management, pricing, billing, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support SAP SD / OTC processes including sales orders, returns, pricing, billing, shipping, and delivery
Handle complex pricing scenarios including discounts, rebates, and customer-specific pricing
Work closely with business teams across distribution, MRO, and OEM channels
Integrate OTC processes with SAP FI (Accounts Receivable)
Support EDI/IDOC integrations with customers and third-party logistics (3PL)
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
Participate in SIT, UAT, and deployment cycles
Manage high-volume transaction environments

Technical Skills:

8–12+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP SD / OTC
Strong expertise in pricing procedures, billing, and order fulfillment
Experience with S/4HANA environments
Integration experience with SAP FI (AR)
Knowledge of EDI (850, 810, 856)
Experience with WM/EWM and logistics integration (preferred)
Exposure to 3PL integrations

Domain:

Experience:

8+ years of relevant SAP OTC experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
