Summary
Title: AI Software Engineer (Founding Engineer )
Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid - 3 days a week)
Duration: Full-Time
Job Description:
- Currently writing production code. Last hands-on shipping role within the past 12 months.
- Production experience with LLMs/agents (not just prompting; orchestration, state, evals, failure handling).
- Comfortable in a small founding team environment reporting directly to the founder.
- Public artifacts of agent work: GitHub repos, blog posts, talks, OSS contributions to LangGraph, DSPy,
- Inspect, Anthropic SDK, etc.
- Vertical AI background (healthcare, legal, insurance, finance) with messy unstructured data.
- Experience evolving custom customer work into reusable platform primitives.
- Has been the early/engineer at a previous startup.
