• Technical expertise in industrial water use and wastewater discharge,water efficiency techniques, and water policy/permitting in the United States
• Experience with permitting and construction management of water infrastructure projects

• Experience with NPDES and industrial pre-treatment permits;experience working with water/wastewater utilities in the US
• Experience with water/wastewater infrastructure construction and operations for hyperscale data centers       

Years of Experience:               

• 12+ years of progressive professional experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including senior/lead-level roles

Degrees/Certifications Required:              

• Bachelor''s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field (required)

Preferred:

• Professional Civil Engineer (PE) License

Job Description

• Client''s Data Center Site Development team designs, builds, leases, and operates the most innovative and efficient data centers in the world.
• The Water Team, within Site Development, manages cross-functional water program strategy and execution across Client''s large and growing global data center portfolio during pre-development, construction, and operations phases.
• This role provides parental leave coverage for a Water Program Manager position that is critical to maintaining continuity of water program operations, utility relationships, compliance oversight, and construction milestones across the fleet.

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:          

• Define and own the multi-year water program roadmap, aligning with company growth targets and sustainability goals
• Lead programmatic initiatives including fleet-wide sustainability/water-saving efforts, regulatory research, business process development, and cross-functional coordination
• Own and drive the water/wastewater compliance framework (tool development, process governance, audit readiness)
