Position: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months (Hybrid)
NOTE: THIS IS ON W2 Job Overview: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow platform technologies, workflows, and integrations, along with strong technical and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyse multifaceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to meet deliverables.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience in building, implementing, and maintaining platform technologies, workflows, and integrations.
- 2+ years of JavaScript development experience.
- 2+ years of experience with RESTful or SOAP web services.
- 2+ years of Agile experience.
- Valid ServiceNow CSA (Certified Systems Administrator) certification.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with EC Pro.
- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification.
- Custom application development within ServiceNow.
- Advanced oral, written, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Experience mentoring less-experienced staff.
Additional Notes: - Must be ServiceNow CSA certified.
- Must have CAD certification or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of the start date.
- Well-rounded ServiceNow Developer with catalogue experience.
- Test automation skills within ServiceNow are a plus.
- Whole engineering team is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay Range: $70 - $75/hr
