Our client is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the strategic design, governance, and continuous evolution of our Oracle Fusion ERP platform. This is a critical role responsible for architecting integrated, scalable solutions across Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and financial processes. The successful candidate will work directly with key business stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to deliver enterprise-wide solutions that drive operational excellence and business transformation

Primary Responsibilities

● Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into integrated technical solutions

● Architect and implement system solutions spanning Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain Management, and financial processes. Lead integration with OSAT partners for manufacturing integration

● Lead the architecture. System configuration, design of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions and its integration with other business systems

● Project manages end to end business systems initiatives and cross functional business and technical teams to meet business goals

● Lead a team of technical, functional resources and partner with AMS and other partners to maintain business systems. Drive resolution of complex, cross-pillar, and integration-related production issues; serve as escalation point and work directly with Oracle Support and AMS service providers on high-priority Service Requests, ensuring timely root-cause analysis and preventive actions.

● Manage integration of systems during acquisitions and divestitures, including data migration and process harmonization ● Ensure all solutions comply with SOX/ITcontrols, data privacy regulations, export control requirements, and IP protection standards critical to a public fabless semiconductor company; support internal and external audits as needed.

● Lead and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to project timelines

● Work independently to drive ERP initiatives forward, exercising strong judgment and problem-solving abilities ● Provide strategic guidance on leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities including new AI/ML features, advanced analytics, OCI services, and Redwood experiences to drive process automation, predictive insights, and user productivity in financial close, supply chain execution, and order fulfillment.

● Lead or heavily contribute to full project lifecycles: requirements workshops, solution design (including high-level and detailed functional/technical specifications), configuration, integration, data migration strategy, testing, deployment, hyper care, and ongoing production support.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience

● Minimum 10+ years of industry experience in enterprise resource planning, systems integration, or related roles.

● Deep hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP (or Oracle EBS) system implementation, configuration and support

● Good functional experience and understanding of semiconductor / high tech business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Sales.

● Good understanding of fabless semiconductor environments, product structures and manufacturing integrations ● Technical expertise of Oracle Cloud Platform capabilities: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service and Redwood for extensions and modern UIs, REST/SOAP APIs, etc

● Working knowledge of SOX IGTC controls and compliance requirements

● Experience managing and leading offshore development teams

● Ability to work independently with strong project management and organizational skills

● Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences

● Ability to travel at global SiTime locations

 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Experience with FabConnect platform and capabilities

Experience with Supply Chain Management planning and optimization with tools similar to Kinaxis or Blue Yonder

Experience with Oracle Cloud PLM

Experience managing ERP integrations during corporate acquisitions and divestitures

Background in manufacturing operations and Order-to-Cash processes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent professional experience

Advanced certifications or training in Oracle Fusion, enterprise integration, or project management are a plus
